Sea Lanes Brighton Ltd, the organisation behind the proposed plans, are an integral part of the Brighton and Hove community who are passionate about open water swimming and the regeneration of Brighton’s sea front for the benefit of the local community.

  • Members of the Brighton Sea Swimming Club England’s oldest Swimming Club. Since it started back in 1860, the club has encompassed all aspects of the sport, and currently offers: teaching (from 5 years up), competitive swimming (inter club to national standard), Masters, waterpolo, synchronised swimming & year round sea swimming & Races.
  • Copsemill Properties is a Brighton based property company which specialise in high quality creative developments. Copsemill Properties has a portfolio of commercial and residential property and a track record of successful developments across the Sussex area.
  • QED Sustainable Urban Developments is a specialist development company focused on the transformation of brown field sites through traditional regeneration and meanwhile use. QED has been delivering regeneration projects in Brighton & Hove for over 20 years and are responsible for the New England Quarter and the UK’s first container housing scheme Richardson’s Yard.
  • SwimTrek was founded in 2003 and is based in Brighton & Hove, SwimTrek is the world's first adventure swimming holiday operator and winner of the Queen’s Award for Innovation.
