The Sea Lanes Brighton development will create over 70 jobs, help to restore the seafront to its former glory and act as a catalyst to the regeneration of Madeira Drive. We are looking for expressions of interest for the following positions that we will be recruiting for, subject to planning, during 2019.

Two Duty Managers who are responsible for the day-to-day running of the swimming pool and ensuring all daily pool tasks are completed on time and to a first-class standard. Each duty manager will be the responsible person on duty at the time and they will manage the staff on shift and provide staff training.

We are also looking for two Receptionists who will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing clear and knowledgeable information of the facilities and services with an efficient and friendly approach, and to provide administrative support.

Five lifeguards will be needed, plus extra seasonal lifeguards, who will supervise the security and safety of the public ensuring their enjoyment in the facility and carry out rescues as required.

And finally, we will be appointing one Learn to Swim Coordinator. This isĀ an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and committed individual to join our team. Applicants will possess a Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification and Current RLSS National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches or equivalent.
