I’m so excited to launch my unique ‘Pilates for Swimmers’ looking after those rotator cuff muscles, building core strength for a hip rotation driven stroke, flexibility and stability for fast starts, exits and transitions! Regular Pilates can prevent injury and recover from injury as it is widely regarded by health professional as a form of self- rehabilitation. The classes are fun and relaxed, and focus on swim sport related postures.
