Thursdays 7.15pm to 8.30pm 

Classes start by centering the focus on the breath and taking the time to settle the body and mind, before gently warming up. We will then build up heat by moving through a dynamic flow to release tension and increase strength. Always moving at a slow but steady pace to allow time to ease and feel your way into the poses, and ending with a deep relaxation. 

Ilana has a strong interest in anatomy, functional movement and mindfulness meditation, elements of which she often brings into her classes. She enjoys teaching students of all levels to move with awareness and breathe mindfully in order to feel well in body and mind.
