Rachael has been practising yoga for 10 years. She completed her Hatha yoga teacher training at Yoga Skyros Academy in Greece.

She is a full time doctor in the NHS with a special interest in well-being and the benefits of relaxation on the body and mind. Rachael's style of teaching is yoga flow with an emphasis on relaxation. Classes incorporate breathing exercises (pranayama) and allow time for self-reflection.
