As well as swimming and discounted swim coaching at Sea Lanes, membership includes usage of Southwick Leisure Centre’s brand-new state-of-the-art gym facilities, plus general swimming at Wadurs Swimming Pool, which hosts a heated indoor 25-metre, 5 lane pool.

Membership at Sea Lanes is £57 per month on a rolling monthly contract, or £52 per month on a 12-month contract.
A concessionary price of £36 per month (12-month contract only) is available to anyone under 24, or over 60* (+disability / proof required).
*Over 60’s concession membership is subject to a £35 joining fee and pool usage is restricted to 10:00-15:00, Monday to Friday.
No, the membership will run all year as the pool will remain open.
Sea Lanes members can use the pool at any time during opening hours. Members can also swim at Wadurs Swimming Pool and gym usage at Southwick Leisure Centre. Sea Lanes Members receive 50% discount for adult coaching at Sea Lanes.
We suggest using the South Downs Leisure app to make all your bookings. Use the tile “Switch Centres” and select the centre of your choice.
Our Terms and Conditions state:- A refund will not be given to non-members.
Any bookings that are paid for in advance are not transferable or refundable
Please complete a membership cancellation request to initiate the process of terminating your membership.
Upon receipt of cancellation request, one further payment is required, membership will continue for one further calendar month
