The perfect space for meetings, workshops, celebrations and parties. This versatile and private event space offers flexible seating arrangements for up to 56 guests with stunning views of the sea and Brighton Palace Pier.
Larger events can be hosted as standing and limited seating, up to a maximum of 80 guests. The space is also equipped with a 75” screen and speaker system.

With capacity for 10 mats or up to 18 seated, the private space benefits from its own private terrace so classes can be taken outside in the sunshine.
Studio @ Sea Lanes is also available for celebrations and parties for up to 30 guests inside or 60 including the terrace.

Yes. If you would like to set up a bar tab for your event this can be done on arrival with Bison Beer. A bank card will be held for the details of the bar tab. Bison Beer can also set a limit for the tab and adjust on your instructions throughout the event. You will be charged at the end of your booking.
Yes. As part of the booking process you will be asked to complete a pre-order form if you would like to place a drinks pre-order. Please contact events@sealanesbrighton.co.uk if you have questions about a pre-order.
This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the date and time of your booking. Please include these details in your enquiry. We do not allow DJs in the Events @ Sea Lanes space between May-September or on the Private Terrace of Studio @ Sea Lanes at any time.
We do not have any DJ equipment on site that is available to hire.
Yes. You are welcome to decorate with balloons, banners etc. but we ask that you do not stick decorations to the wall. No confetti, party poppers, glitter or similar. All decorations must be taken away at the end of your event or disposed of.
You are not able to come in early. If you would like to come in earlier to decorate, you will need to book the extra time required. Please contact events@sealanesbrighton.co.uk if you need to extend your booking.
Rooftop booths can be booked here: www.bisonbeer.co.uk/beachbar The booking widget only shows the times that are available to book and won’t let you book if there is no space.
Bison Beer is licensed until 11pm. Last orders are called at 10:45pm and we ask that all customers are off-site by 11:20pm.
All furniture is to stay in the event spaces.
Yes. You are welcome to rearrange the furniture as you wish.
